Job Summary
Provide professional nail and skin care services to salon clientele, including manicures, pedicures, and gel/Shellac treatments. Maintain personal work areas and salon cleanliness while adhering to State Board Regulations. Build a client base by recruiting new customers and maintaining client cards, while meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Respond professionally to customer service issues and address complaints promptly. Participate in ongoing education regarding products, services, and current industry issues. Ensure personal presentation meets dress code standards and effectively organize time and resources to meet sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
Desired Qualifications
- Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred
