Job Summary
Provide professional nail and skin care services to salon clientele, including manicures, pedicures, and gel/Shellac treatments. Build a client base by recruiting new customers and maintaining client cards while meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Respond to customer service issues and address complaints promptly. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to state board regulations and salon dress codes. Perform basic housekeeping duties such as cleaning and stocking work areas. Participate in ongoing in-house and external education regarding products, services, and industry trends. Possess a valid, current board-certified license and two to five years of experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
- Meeting salon guidelines for attendance and tardiness
- Maintaining an updated professional appearance and meets the salon dress code
