Nail Tech - Full Time - SouthPark Mall

The Nail Technician provides professional nail and skin services in a high-volume Belk salon (SouthPark Mall, Charlotte, NC), meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Responsibilities include performing manicure/pedicure and gel/Shellac services, building a client base, maintaining client cards, recommending retail products, addressing customer service concerns, and participating in ongoing education to stay current with industry standards. The role requires adherence to State Board regulations, professional presentation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment with strong communication and time-management skills. Must possess a valid board-certified license; 2–5 years cosmetology experience preferred.
