Job Summary
Provide salon clientele with professional nail, skin, and hair care services while meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Acknowledge clients promptly, build a client base through new requests, and maintain customer cards. Deliver quality technical skills, prescribe appropriate retail products, and respond professionally to service issues and complaints. Ensure the work area and salon meet State Board Regulations, perform housekeeping duties, and organize time to meet sales targets. Maintain an updated professional appearance, communicate with management regarding issues, and participate in ongoing education on products and industry trends. Possess a valid board-certified license and two to five years of cosmetology experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
