Job Summary
Provide professional nail and skin care services to salon clientele while meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Acknowledge clients promptly, build a client base by recruiting new requests, and maintain customer client cards. Deliver quality technical skills, prescribe appropriate retail products, and respond professionally to customer service issues and complaints. Participate in ongoing education regarding products, services, and current industry issues. Perform basic housekeeping duties including cleaning, stocking, and organizing time and resources to meet sales targets. Ensure personal work area and salon compliance with State Board Regulations and maintain an updated professional appearance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
- Meeting salon guidelines for attendance and tardiness
- Maintaining an updated professional appearance and meets the salon dress code
Desired Qualifications
- Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred
