Job Summary

Perform routine and at-risk foot care pedicures in a clinical setting while treating all patients with compassion, professionalism, and respect. Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workspace, complying with state board regulations and health/safety guidelines. Maintain accurate cleaning logs, autoclave logs, and sanitation records. Support clinic staff with scheduling, appointment management, and patient documentation by entering salon worksheet data accurately into electronic systems. Cross-train and assist with medical assistant or front desk tasks as needed. Requires an active manicurist or cosmetologist license, two years of professional experience, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 products. Full-time role with Monday through Friday hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Active manicurist or cosmetologist license from the designated state
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a pedicurist or nail technician
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, other employees, and the public
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must have a team mentality, flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and have a team-first attitude
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy
  • Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
