Job Summary
RN, Part-time, rotates through an 8-hour shift schedule with a two-week rotation (Week 1: Tue/Wed; Week 2: Mon/Tue/Wed), providing individualized nursing care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions. Coordinates care with inter-professional colleagues, collaborates with physicians, adheres to Nurse Practice Act and state licensure rules, and practices within the standards of nursing ethics. Requires CFCS certification within 30 days of hire; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred with an unencumbered RN license (multi-state licensure if applicable). Part-time benefits and sign-on bonus eligibility may apply. Sanford Health is a large rural health system serving multiple states; Good Samaritan and related brands are part of the organization. Location-specific duties include duties at Merrill Center and Weston, WI, on-site healthcare delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific licensure, competencies and certifications
- Certified Foot Care Specialist (CFCS) certification required to obtain within 30 days of hire
