Conduct sewing of standard components and custom-made items, execute modification and adjustment tasks, and perform end processing and quality checks on textile elements. Create initial prototypes and patterns while maintaining readiness for a two-shift operation schedule (06:00 to 14:22 or 14:22 to 22:00). Requires completed vocational training as a seamstress or tailor, textile processing experience, and strong attention to detail within a growing furniture group focused on office ergonomics and innovation.
