Job Summary
Manage diverse restaurant teams and ensure smooth operational flow as a shift leader. Execute all operational processes within the restaurant while acting as a perfect host to deliver a great guest experience. Optimize inventory management and maintain daily service standards. This program includes a structured training path for rapid advancement into the management team within a globally leading system gastronomy company. You must be flexible for shifts and weekends, with excellent German skills required.
