Create and justify change orders under VOB/A and VOB/B, manage deadlines and objection notices, and evaluate additional or reduced costs. Review contract and specification lists, communicate with clients and site managers, and support procurement and billing inquiries. Document and structure change-related facts. Requires multiple years of change order management experience and strong VOB knowledge. Join a family-owned firm with 30 years in NRW, serving public and private clients in earthwork and demolition.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bauwesen (z.B. Bauingenieur, Bautechniker, Meister, Baukaufmann o.Ä.)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Nachtragsmanagement
- Sehr gute, praxisnahe Kenntnisse der VOB/A und VOB/B
- Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungssicherheit
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in BPS-Bau und MS Office
