Nacht Verzorgende IG (VIG) Revalidatie

Conduct night care for residents on our revalidation units in Amersfoort or Bilthoven, ensuring good rest while maintaining calm and overview in challenging situations. Review and discuss individual care plans with clients to distinguish between care they can perform themselves and professional support needed, adhering to the "All is Revalidation" philosophy. Work independently while collaborating with treatment disciplines to encourage client self-reliance in daily activities. The role offers a fixed-term contract after a two-month probation period, with hours ranging from 8 to 24 per week. Salary follows the VVT collective agreement, including irregularity allowances for weekends, evenings, and nights.
