Job Summary
Conduct personal and nursing care during night shifts, supporting residents with activities of daily living and administering tasks according to their care plan. Independently assess resident needs, provide reassurance for those experiencing restlessness, and manage administrative duties while maintaining safety and order. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, caregivers, and support staff across locations in De Bilt and Bilthoven to ensure high-quality care. Work approximately 24 to 28 hours per week with flexibility for additional evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma Verzorgende IG niveau 3 of een vergelijkbaar diploma
- Werken graag in de nacht
- Kunt goed omgaan met onverwachte situaties
- Zelfstandig
- Rustig
- Verantwoordelijk
- Vindt persoonsgerichte zorg belangrijk
- Kijkt goed naar wat een bewoner nodig heeft
