Job Summary
Sales Engineer responsible for managing, developing and supporting equipment and consumables sales in a multi-state territory to customers including industry, university, government and research laboratories. Roles include pre- and post-sales support, demonstrations for equipment and consumables, and support for optical microscopes, image analysis software, and hardness testers. Tasks include managing key accounts, cultivating contact with high-level stakeholders, qualifying leads, developing sales opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with engineering teams to apply products to customer needs. Requires strong technical orientation with a thermal background in the furnace and steel industries, ability to travel nationally and internationally, and proficiency with MS Office tools. Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred. Experience: minimum five years in the furnace industry; ability to handle international contracts; strong presentation and communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- A Master’s degree is a plus

- Extensive knowledge of the metal industry required
