Job Summary
Lead strategy, policy, and governance for a fleet of approximately 5,000 drivers across the U.S. and Canada by developing optimized vehicle eligibility criteria, long-term roadmaps, and strategic policies aligned with Finance, Business, and EHS/Safety requirements. Manage third-party service provider relationships to drive operational performance, KPI attainment, and continuous process optimization while overseeing budget planning, forecasting, contract negotiations, and vendor partnerships to maximize value and compliance. Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the driver experience and provide meaningful insights supporting strategic decision-making. This office-based role requires full-time presence in Nashville, TN, with a requirement of at least 3 days per week onsite.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business, Process Optimization, Accounting, or equivalent
- proven experience managing large-scale fleet programs
- vendor relationships
- leading cross-functional initiatives
- using strategy, analytics, and execution to drive fleet and business performance
- strong understanding of fleet systems and related operational processes
- Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent
- US work authorization
- reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN
