Job Summary
Lead the overall category strategy and business plan for the HPE Alletra 4000 portfolio, balancing growth, pipeline, revenue acceleration, and market penetration. Act as the category expert on competitive intelligence, pricing, workload alignment, and customer requirements; develop and execute account planning to identify whitespace opportunities and expand wallet share. Partner with sales leadership, field sellers, partners, and ISVs to position Alletra 4000 solutions, drive demand generation, and enable sales through targeted campaigns and ecosystem collaborations. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, and Partner Organizations; deliver category priorities, involve executive stakeholders, and lead data-driven reviews and forecasting. Education and experience required include a university or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Finance (MBA preferred) and typically 8-12 years of related experience; strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
