Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for leading customer and associate experiences in the store, driving profitable performance through customer focus, operational excellence, and community engagement. Key duties include coaching associates to apply brand behaviors, leveraging technology for omnichannel shopping, hiring and developing a strong store team, maintaining visual standards, managing day-to-day operations (opening/closing), overseeing budgeting and payroll, analyzing reporting for short- and long-term retail plans, and promoting in-store community events and partnerships. Requires 2+ years of store management or service-industry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with POS systems, and the ability to drive results through team development and operational discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
