N1 CVD Maintenance Group Lead

Job Summary
Lead a maintenance group for CVD equipment in the manufacturing fab, collaborating with the shift supervisor to drive team success. Responsibilities include managing constraint tools, setting priorities, and allocating resources for maximum area performance. Promote a safe and collaborative work environment, troubleshoot and repair all hardware and process failures across the CVD equipment fleet, adhere to standard work procedures, drive root-cause problem solving, audit compliance to standard documents, and collaborate with engineering on continuous improvement projects. Monitor and control day-to-day activities including safety, quality, 5S, cost control, and parts ordering; multitask to support fab needs; participate in area meetings, cross-functional teams, and supplier meetings; lead effective equipment passdowns to ensure smooth shift transitions.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a two year degree (Associates degree)
- Technical Certification from an accredited institution
- 2 of 4 years completed towards a Bachelors degree
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts non-technical degree and 2+ years area technical experience
- 5+ years of area technical experience
- Military Technical School and 3+ years of area technical experience
- Previous leadership experience may qualify in lieu of degree
