Job Summary
Support Coordinator for N. Washington in a housing-first, supportive housing setting. Responsibilities include outreach, comprehensive assessments, action-plan development, eviction-prevention collaboration with property management, budgeting/financial literacy support, linkages to employment and skill development, access to medical/mental health/substance use/psychosocial supports, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and participation in team meetings and on-call rotation. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, crisis response ability, harm-reduction alignment, and commitment to serving diverse populations. Based in Ypsilanti, MI with a full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a social or behavioral science or relevant field or three years of relevant experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness, or substance use disorders
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
