Job Summary
Manage N-DAS and Private 5G product, business, and solution development activities by identifying customer requirements and translating them into practical wireless network solutions. Support implementation projects as a Project Manager/PMO, overseeing schedules, milestones, risks, costs, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional activities among customers, engineering, construction, procurement, vendors, and internal teams. Lead project status meetings, prepare dashboards and reports, and support pre-sales efforts including customer meetings, site visits, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical proposals. Monitor market trends for DAS/N-DAS, Private 5G, CBRS, and enterprise cellular networks to develop new opportunities in Texas and other U.S. markets. Build relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and vendors while serving as the key interface across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Procurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related technical discipline
- 7–10 years of experience in wireless communications / telecommunications
- Experience with DAS / N-DAS, Private LTE/5G, CBRS, small cell, or cellular infrastructure
- Wireless network deployment / implementation experience
- Strong project management / PMO experience
- Customer-facing and cross-functional coordination experience
- Ability to support RFP/RFQ, SOW, BOM, ROM, or technical proposals
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% ~ 50%+
Desired Qualifications
- Direct N-DAS/DAS implementation experience
- Private 5G / CBRS experience
- Pre-sales / solution development experience
- Experience with enterprise/manufacturing/semiconductor/logistics customers
- PMP or related certification
