N-DAS / Private 5G Business & Project Manager

Manage and support N-DAS and Private 5G product, business, and solution development activities while identifying customer requirements and translating them into practical wireless network solutions. Support implementation projects as a Project Manager/PMO, overseeing schedules, milestones, risks, costs, and deliverables through cross-functional coordination with customers, engineering, construction, procurement, and vendors. Lead project status meetings, prepare dashboards and reports, and drive pre-sales efforts including customer meetings, site visits, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical proposals. Monitor market trends for DAS/N-DAS, Private 5G, CBRS, and small cells while developing customer-facing materials. Identify new opportunities in Texas and other U.S. markets, building relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, and technology partners. Serve as the key interface across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Procurement teams.
