Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in CNC programming, machine tool technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in CNC programming, up-to 5-axis experience
  • Experience in the aerospace, defense, or medical industries strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Siemens 840D, Fanuc and Mazak controls
  • Turning or Mill-turn experience is a plus
  • Proficient in CATIA V5 software
  • Familiarity with any other CAD/CAM software is a plus
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and quality control standards
  • Experience in creating and optimizing complex CNC programs for precision machining
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and equipment
  • Familiarity with G-code and M-codes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize machining operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of precision and quality
  • Full-time position with occasional overtime as needed
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, machinery, and potential hazards, while adhering to all safety protocols
  • Occasional travel may be required to support sister manufacturing sites
