Job Summary
Conduct independent sales for plumbing, drainage, and electrical services across multiple Finnish locations, performing regular home visits to prevent water and fire damage. Manage your own client acquisition calendar while receiving on-the-road support from supervisors and technicians. Complete a 12-week sales training program to master product knowledge and sales techniques. This role requires resilience against frequent rejections and a willingness to work outdoors in changing environments. You will earn a base commission structure with no salary cap, supported by a guaranteed minimum salary for the first six months.
