Job Summary
Capture high-quality photographs of guests throughout the attraction while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting sales of printed and digital photo packages. Operate and maintain camera equipment, perform basic photo editing, and manage digital images using company systems. Engage guests enthusiastically to create memorable experiences and meet individual and team sales objectives. Work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in action, lifestyle, or tourism photography
- Working knowledge of DSLR, mirrorless, or professional camera equipment
- Basic photo editing skills using photography software
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with digital photo management systems
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the attraction
- Ability to carry and operate photography equipment throughout the workday
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout different guest areas
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the tourism, attractions, hospitality, or events industry
