Job Summary
Teletherapist will provide HIPAA-compliant teletherapy in standard 45-60 minute sessions to clients across Virginia, with in-person support available at a North Chesterfield, VA office. The role supports building a private practice-like operation by handling credentialing, billing, marketing, scheduling, and documentation, while allowing therapists to create their own hours and serve a diverse caseload remotely. The position is open to licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) in Virginia, with encouragement for those holding multi-state licenses. Responsibilities include conducting teletherapy sessions, completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and contributing to growth strategies for the practice.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed in Virginia as LCSW, LPC, or LCP
- Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Comfortable working remotely and conducting sessions via telehealth
- High-speed internet access
- HIPAA-compliant space for sessions
- Teletherapy experience preferred
