Teletherapist position in Virginia (remote) offering full-time and part-time opportunities. Provide 45-60 minute therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform to children, families, and adults, focusing on Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life spectra. Average full-time caseload ~30 client sessions per week; part-time options available with a minimum of 7 sessions per week. Licensed in Virginia as LCSW, LPC, or LCP and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; clinicians with multi-state licenses encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, recording progress notes, and contributing to service strategies. Credentialing with insurers, billing support, a teletherapy platform integrated with an EHR, marketing, scheduling support, and flexible hours are provided. You can work from home or a home office within Virginia; compensation is a 60/40 split billed from insurance, with health benefits and retirement options available after meeting billable targets.
