Teletherapist will provide therapy virtually through a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45-60 minute sessions. The average caseload for full-time Therapists is approximately 30 client sessions per week, with part-time opportunities available for a minimum of 7 sessions per week. Must be licensed in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels; those with licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply. The role involves completing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, contributing to evidence-based strategies, and engaging clients to reduce barriers to access. You can work from home with a steady stream of clients; MySpectrum handles credentialing, billing, a teletherapy platform integrated with an EHR, marketing, and scheduling. Our outpatient practice serves children and adults across Autism, Substance Abuse, Mental Health, and Whole Life Spectrum, seeking a diverse group of therapists who are relationship-driven and innovative.
