Job Summary
Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45–60 minute sessions, with an average caseload of ~30 client sessions per week for full-time and part-time opportunities available (minimum 7 sessions per week). Requires Virginia licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) and eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels; those with multi-state licenses are encouraged to apply. The role supports remote work from home with a private home office in Virginia and teletherapy across Virginia and beyond, including a North Chesterfield, VA office for in-person support. Responsibilities include conducting virtual therapy, completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and contributing to strategies to best serve clients. Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia
- Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
- Those with clinical licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Must have high-speed internet access
- HIPAA-protected space to use for sessions
- Comfortable working remotely and seeing clients via telehealth
