Teletherapist provides virtual therapy (45-60 minute sessions) to children, families, and adults in Virginia via HIPAA-compliant teletherapy. Responsibilities include completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and offering clinical input to support clients across autism, substance use, mental health, and broader life-spectrum needs. The role supports credentialing with major insurers, flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, remote work from home, potential in-person support at a North Chesterfield, VA office, and collaboration within a growing team focused on client access and innovative treatment approaches. Must be licensed in Virginia as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP (multi-state licenses encouraged). Benefits include bi-weekly pay, health insurance after threshold sessions, retirement match, and a 60/40 compensation split based on billable sessions.
