Teletherapist will provide standard 45-60 minute therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform. The average full-time caseload is around 30 client sessions per week, with part-time options available for at least 7 sessions weekly. The role serves children and adults across Virginia (with teletherapy throughout Virginia and beyond) focusing on Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum, including work with couples and relationships of all kinds. Responsibilities include providing therapy remotely, completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and contributing to best-practice strategies to help clients. Credentialing with insurance carriers is handled by the company; the organization provides a teletherapy platform, scheduling, marketing, and other practice-management support. Requirements include a Virginia license (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) and eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels; candidates with licenses in multiple states are encouraged to apply. Must have high-speed internet and a HIPAA-protected space for sessions; comfortable working remotely.
