Teletherapist will provide therapy through a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform in standard 45-60 minute sessions. Expected caseload for full-time is approximately 30 client sessions per week; part-time roles require at least 7 sessions per week. Position supports licensed Virginia clinicians (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) who are bilingual in English and Spanish and capable of credentialing with major insurance panels. Remote work from home within Virginia with potential in-person support at a North Chesterfield, VA location. Responsibilities include providing virtual therapy, completing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and contributing to strategy for client care. The organization offers outpatient counseling across autism, substance abuse, mental health, and whole-life spectra and will handle credentialing, billing, marketing, scheduling, and platform infrastructure to support therapists.
