Teletherapist will provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute sessions via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform. Full-time or part-time caseloads (approximately 30-35 sessions/week for full-time; flexible for part-time) with Assessments, Treatment Plans, and Progress Notes, while contributing to strategies and services to help clients across Virginia and beyond. The role supports credentialing with insurance carriers, billing, marketing, scheduling, and use of an electronic health record, with the option to work from home or at a North Chesterfield, VA office; requires Virginia licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LCP) and comfort delivering remote teletherapy to diverse populations. The company offers a built-in platform, ongoing supervision/inputs, and a 60/40 compensation split with potential health insurance eligibility and retirement matching.
