Teletherapist will provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks, with caseload details and the ability to work from home or a private office. The role focuses on outpatient therapy for children, families, and adults across Virginia (and beyond), with responsibilities including completing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, offering input on strategies, and contributing to a growing practice. Credentialing with insurers is handled by the employer, and a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform and scheduling/marketing support are provided; compensation is a 60/40 split, with benefits available for those meeting billable targets. Must be licensed in Virginia (LCSW/LPC/LCP) and capable of credentialing with major insurers; must have reliable high-speed internet and a private HIPAA-protected space for sessions.
