Job Summary
Teletherapist provides therapy virtually in 45-60 minute sessions for children, families, and adults via a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform across Virginia; will assess, develop treatment plans, and complete progress notes; caseload guidance varies (full-time to part-time) with opportunities to build an established client base from home or an office, supported by credentialing with insurers, marketing, scheduling, and billing handled by MySpectrum; must hold a Virginia license as LCSW, LPC, or LCP, with encouragement for clinicians licensed in multiple states to apply, and be comfortable delivering remote therapy from a HIPAA-compliant space using a company platform; benefits include flexible hours, remote work from anywhere in Virginia, insurance options, and 60/40 revenue split (commission-based). Required Qualifications
