Job Summary
Manage ERP implementations end-to-end, from scoping through to go-live, while documenting business processes and client requirements to inform solution design. Configure and customise Acumatica to meet client-specific needs, develop forms and reports, and deliver end-user training to ensure smooth system adoption. Collaborate with the development team on data conversions and technical database customisations, then provide ongoing consulting services to existing clients post-implementation. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience implementing MYOB Acumatica ERP
- Accounting or Business IT qualifications, or demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and business processes
- Experience in a business consulting or professional services environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with relational database theory and fundamentals
- Demonstrated experience in report writing using Crystal Reports, Power BI, MS Reports, or equivalent tools
Desired Qualifications
- Broader ERP implementation experience across other platforms
- Experience with SQL Server, including advanced SQL queries, triggers, and stored procedures
- Advanced report writing and data visualisation skills
- Demonstrated experience producing Business Process Mapping documentation
