MyChart Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct advanced troubleshooting and system builds for Epic MyChart applications, translating customer needs into detailed requirements while ensuring EHR integrity and stability. Perform workflow analysis, system audits, and testing under the guidance of Senior Application Advisors, managing open issues in ticketing systems and monitoring customer communications. Execute change control policies for application migrations and accurately document all requests and incidents to meet Service Level Agreements. Manage multiple complex client assignments simultaneously, maintaining awareness of unique customer processes and escalating challenges appropriately. Participate in on-call rotations outside core business hours and travel up to 10% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years' industry experience
- Certification in Epic MyChart
- moderate understanding of functionality within that application
- 3-5 years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules
- Ability to apply problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize
- Must be able to work independently, as well as within a team environment
- Prior experience with ticketing systems and change management processes
- Strong customer service track record
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes

- Ability to take on-call rotations outside of core business hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 10%
