Job Summary
Actively seek new customers and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal. Build strong relationships with existing clients while making clear how MyBee's services add value for B2B and B2C clients through tailored proposals. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to share insights that support company growth, and collaborate with Operations, Fleet Management, and other teams to ensure customers have a smooth experience. Contribute to sales process development to help optimize strategies and workflows while driving results. This role supports MyBee's mission to simplify car ownership and promote sustainable mobility within the Modus Mobility family.
Required Qualifications
- Brings experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar role
- has a track record of achieving strong sales results
- Has awesome communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Has strong time management skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Is familiar with CRM software, strong Excel skills, and other sales tools
- Is fluent in both English and Lithuanian
