Job Summary
Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. Builds and strengthens long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals. Pursues leads, assesses customer needs, and provides product services to maximize benefits. Educates customers on company products/services and conducts market research, including competitors’ activities. Implements market development plans and communicates customer feedback to internal teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing). Senior-level, autonomous role managing large accounts with potential coaching of other sales professionals; opportunity to influence account strategy, sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in sales/medtech/healthcare or life sciences
