MY Plant Controller Lead

Job Summary
Manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a plant; collaborate with plant leadership team and support the Plant Director to forecast and deliver plant cost actual as expectation. You will manage finance planning and performance management, including strategic and annual planning, cost management and decision support, ensure data collection and data integrity, maintain strong controls and policy compliance, and lead projects to improve efficiencies and ways of working. You will develop and mentor Finance peers, drive the finance talent agenda, and demonstrate integrity and a growth/digital mindset. Requirements include a degree in Finance or related field, at least 6 years in finance with at least 2 in supply chain finance, proficiency in SAP costing processes and Excel, and willingness to work on-site at the plant several days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in finance area
- Including at least 2 years in supply chain finance
- Willing to work physically in the plant minimum 3 days a week
- SAP knowledge about Costing Process (Price updates, BOM & Activity Rates maintenance)
- Good Expertise in Excel
- Ability to influence business partners and communicate clearly
- Proactive and collaborative in cross-functional teams
