Job Summary
Ensure service level agreements and obligations are met using in-depth process and service knowledge. Co-own the development of standard operating procedures to drive standardization and simplify processes. Provide input for training materials and ensure compliance with policies and data protection laws. Analyze and report on exceptions while offering recommendations for process improvements. Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team. This role requires experience in process design, mapping, and business requirement gathering within a shared service organization. The position is based in New Zealand with a shift schedule and no relocation support.
