Job Summary
Fundraising Officer role supporting Greenpeace Southeast Asia's fundraising operations, donor engagement, and logistical coordination. Responsibilities include steering community fundraising on-ground events, coordinating fundraising operations and supporter engagement, ensuring transparent reporting, upholding organizational policies, contributing to fundraising KPIs, coordinating meetings and retreats, planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns, preparing materials and coordination with in-house and agency partners, handling invoices and financial documentation with the Finance team, tracking KPIs and delivering timely reporting, liaising with the regional database team, collaborating with engagement, programmes and campaigns teams to ensure smooth implementation, maintaining donor records and administrative tasks, and supporting other fundraising-related tasks as required. Requirements include a university degree (Bachelor’s or Diploma) in Marketing or related field, 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration, operations, fundraising, customer service, or event coordination, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency. Flexible to working in office-based, field-based, and event settings with occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.
