MX Operations Rep

Conduct daily communication with customers and execute freight operations from pickup through final delivery. Accept, build, and schedule all customer shipments with pertinent documentation while managing the daily load board to ensure proper servicing. Maintain respectful relationships with carrier departments, track loads, and update them in a timely manner. Identify and communicate potential problems to appropriate parties, resolve incidents regularly, and manage accessorials to maximize profit. Understand commitments, policies, contracted rates, accessorial schedules, fuel schedules, vendor agreements, KPIs, and challenges for each account.
