Job Summary
MVPN and Outreach Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary outreach team within the Behavioral Health Division, expanding MHFA trainings and community partnerships, ensuring contract requirements are met, coaching staff, and increasing outreach effectiveness through data collection and reporting. Oversees coordination of trainings, referrals, and stakeholder relationships with school districts, ESCs, and community partners; maintains trauma-informed, person-centered environment; supervises timesheets and PTO; requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in related field and leadership experience; candidate will manage program compliance with HHSC and TVC contracts and support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field from a four-year college or university
- Master’s degree in counseling, sociology, human growth and development, psychology, or nursing and licensure in the behavioral health field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred
- Two years of leadership or supervisory experience highly preferred
- Experience in behavioral health community outreach or education preferred
- Experience in marketing or customer service in the medical or behavioral health field preferred
- Experience in public speaking and presentations required
- Ability to acquire and maintain certification including additional modules in MHFA curriculum (Adult/Youth)
- Must have at least 1 year of related work experience in the behavioral health field
