Job Summary
Conduct full-scope OB/GYN practice across clinic and hospital settings with real-time physician backup and collaborative call structures. Manage complex decisions and provide evidence-based care aligned with training, supported by state law and experienced colleagues. Build a sustainable practice using flexible clinic templates and dedicated surgical block time while engaging in mentorship and peer connection. Work within a clinician-owned model featuring a 4-day week, competitive private-practice compensation, and ownership eligibility after three years.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited program
- Completion of ACGME OB/GYN residency (or expected prior to start)
- Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
- Eligibility for Oregon licensure
- DEA and hospital privileging eligibility
- Malpractice insurability
