Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop General Managers while driving sales growth, profitability, and cost control across multiple Columbus GA and Auburn/Opelika locations. Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, analyze P&L statements to improve margins, and recruit, train, and retain top talent. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and partnering with ownership on strategic initiatives. Requires 5+ years of restaurant management experience, willingness to travel regularly, and a hands-on leadership style.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants
- Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to influence, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High energy, hands-on leadership style
- Willingness to travel regularly between Columbus GA and Auburn/Opelika locations
