Support 30–50 colleagues within the organizational unit with professional guidance and management. Facilitate staff organizational integration, oversee training and performance evaluations, and ensure quality work standards across assigned areas. Maintain contact with the customer logistics department and collaborate daily with the operations manager, shift supervisors, and other departments. Hold a valid forklift license (3312, 3313, 3324, 3327) and possess intermediate English proficiency. Commit to a two-shift work schedule.
