Job Summary
Lead role overseeing mustard processing on the third shift at the Holland, MI Kraft Heinz plant. Direct daily activities of relish, sauce, and mustard crews; operate and supervise material handling, including unloading raw materials, supplying kitchen with materials, and loading finished goods. Manage forklift operations in kitchens and storage areas. Ensure GMP adherence, safety, quality documentation, and KHMS participation. Train and supervise staff, coordinate mustard tank/vat usage, and handle equipment maintenance and basic repairs. Requires ability to read, write, and perform basic math, and willingness to obtain forklift and LOTO certifications on the job. Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM with overtime and weekend overtime as needed; likely requires flexibility across shifts and potential additional training. Required Qualifications
