Job Summary
Musketeer Scout responsible for analyzing customer potential and planning optimized route coverage to grow Red Bull’s daytime sales across on-premise venues. Drive new business and manage existing accounts for product visibility and availability (including energy drinks, Sugar Free, and NPD launches) in pubs, catering, and QSRs, working closely with the National Key Account Team. Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers (e.g., Food and Beverage Managers), identify opportunities, and implement sales and marketing initiatives to expand Red Bull’s footprint. Requires strong communication, sales and marketing ability, a self-motivated, independent action orientation, and a valid driver’s license; English proficiency is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years' field sales experience
- FMCG experience preferred
- account management experience
- IT savvy and familiar with standard softwares and technology
- full driver's license
- proficient in written and verbal English
