Job Summary
Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market, establishing and nurturing long-term professional relationships with established customers and key influencers. Develop ingenious strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch, utilizing strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings and surpass previous goals. Analyze sales and customer data to draw conclusions and develop initiatives offering maximum value, while taking a creative approach to problem solving to keep Red Bull number one in the channel. Work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays to thrive on autonomy, bringing your unique personality to showcase the premium brand at trendiest venues and exclusive events.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the essential functions of this job
- Must be fluent in English
- Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and thrive on autonomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills which enable you to craft and deliver the right message, to the right people, at the right time
- You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and are able to analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
