Job Summary
Manage heavy scheduling, calendar maintenance, and travel bookings while processing incoming offers, tracking contracts, and updating ticket counts in spreadsheets. Anticipate agents' needs by obtaining venue avails, holds, and radiuses, then clear shows in CAA's system and settle itineraries. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and industry connections to ensure smooth tour operations. This role requires proactive support in a fast-paced music touring environment, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail to meet tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional administrative experience supporting an executive in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of professional experience working in the music industry
- Ability to anticipate needs and execute time sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills; written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong professional interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Must be solutions oriented
- Computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- On-Site in Los Angeles, CA
