Job Summary
The Music Therapy Intern will gain hands-on experience by attending group and individual therapy sessions, initially observing and then eventually leading sessions under the guidance of a Music Therapist-Board Certified (MT-BC). Interns are expected to fulfill a minimum of 3 days (22.5 hours) per week to meet education requirements for Music Therapy Board Certification. This position is unpaid and may fulfill course credit requirements upon approval from the student's university.
